I think that a criteria for inclusion in the list of boost links
is to satisfy boost quality criterias, for ex. as documented in
the boost header policy, and the boost library policy. Of course
this doesn't include living in namespace boost. (This includes
being usable for free.) This excludes C++ hostile libraries written

There is already a list of C++ library on some webpage (don't
remember where), and replicating such work isn't (IMHO) the
aim of boost.
