[boost] Boost status report

The web site is being visited by between 900 and 1400 people a week.
A year ago 25 visits would have been a big week!

The libraries are being downloaded 110 to 140 times a week.

There are now 300+ people signed up for the mailing list; I don't
know the count from a year ago but think it was only a dozen or two.

The mailing list has 300 to 500 messages posted a month.  A year ago
there were two messages posted in February and none in March.

The rate at which people are suggesting and/or submitting libraries
is also rising proportionally.

There have been positive references to the boost web site in the
C/C++ User's Journal, Microsoft Developers Network publications, and
a couple of books.  Not to mention a lot of word-of-mouth referrals.
