Card Game Snap

I'm looking for C++ source code for the card game snap. Yes it's for 
an assignment but I don't have a clue how to start. I have downloaded 
the Cardpack ActiveX to my Borland Compiler.

Can anyone suggest where I can locate source code that I can study to 
help with this. I have searched just about everywhere.

Tomorrow I am going to the local libarary to see if there are any 
books that can point me in the right direction, so you see I am 
trying to help myself I just need some steerage.

Any help would be appreciated.
