[ALERT] Yahoo lost some archives over the weekend! Please re-upload.

I first noticed this when I never saw the "flx_gc_1_0.zip" archive someone
was talking about.  (I've posted a separate note for it.)  I realized
another problem when I uploaded "dlw_oprs.zip" 27; a glance at
"dlw_util.zip" was mysteriously at version 2 instead of version 3, which I
uploaded over the weekend too.  I heard that Yahoo had problems over the
weekend, maybe their database crashed and the last backup was before we
uploaded our files.  If anyone posted to our Files section over the weekend,
make sure your latest version is actually up there and re-upload it if
necessary.
