You can't find it on the web site, because it's not been submitted 
for inclusion yet.  You can find a snapshot in the Files section on 
Yahoo Groups in the "threads" folder.  Or if you have access to CVS 
you can find the latest implementation on the branch "thread-initial" 
in the Boost CVS repository.
