[boost] Digest size?

I got private email from Dave Gomboc suggesting that the list digest size 
be increased.

The size is one of the Mailman options we can change, so I've doubled it to 
60KB.

If this isn't satisfactory, would some of the digest readers please comment 
so I can get a handle on what size satisfies the broadest number of people.
