[boost] site search

Hi,

I have just added a Google search tool to the CVS version of the website
index page. This is part of a crude attempt to get archive searching of
our mailing lists, and intended to be refined before the next release.
It's not working, in part because google doesn't index lists.boost.org.
At first I thought it was because lists.boost.org was too new, but
there's no indexing of lists.python.org either, which has been around
forever.

One possibility is that we could figure out how to mirror those pages at
www.boost.org. I'm open to suggestions.
