Sorry, that came out a bit stupid. What I meant was, if the system time
changes during sleep, verifying the sleep by using absolute time (e.g.
xtime_get(... TIME_UTC)) still has got a chance of failing. Even if it would
be possible to check the clock period and rounding up the sleep time to the
nearest multiple of that.

(hmmm, don't know it that came out any better ...)
