Sorry about it. Sorry also about the fact I found this remark pernicious
and nonconstructive.

Main subject: placement new was made for things like that. Now, if you
prefer using non-metric systems for your mesures is your choice. The same
principle applies here.

Thinking about it twice the syntax new (rc) T will be simpler.
