I don't particularly care for bag either. Are "domain" and
"constrained_set" still on the table? I don't mind those.

Is there something wrong with plain old "int_set"? The typical argument I
would expect from the group is that it don't convey any difference from
set<int>. But think that it does tell you that this class is optimized for
int type and its "relatives".
