[boost] <boost/thread/mutex.hpp> includes non-existant file

Right at the top, the file scoped_critical_region.hpp is included:

    #if defined(BOOST_HAS_MPTASKS)
    #   include "scoped_critical_region.hpp"
    #endif

which the most current CVS version of Boost does not contain.
