Ok, I discovered

BOOST_BROKEN_COMPILER_TYPE_TRAITS_SPECIALIZATION()

However, it looks like it only works with concrete types. Can I use it
inside a template class on a dependent type? I.e.:

template <typename T>
class foo
{
  BOOST_BROKEN_COMPILER_TYPE_TRAITS_SPECIALIZATION(T)

  typedef add_reference<T>::type t_ref;
};
