[boost] Build scripts for inclustion into boost

They make building under windows and gcc unix trival.
I would very much like to include them into the boost cvs.

They bootstrap bjam and then build everything from there, used in workspace
dependancies
and nightly builds for solaris/freebsd/linux basically gcc.

Ideas, comments, sugguestions?
