For the time being, try BOOST_PP_SEQ_FIRST_N.  If that doesn't work for now,
I'll get on it immediately.

I didn't know about it (which is exactly why I should have some regression
tests for this).  I thought I tested everything, but I must have missed
this.  Suffice to say, it *can* work.
