Hum... That's happening because the summary is being driven by a version of 
the Win32 reports which has warnings suppressed.

We'll need to do some coordination on that. Need to think about the 
difference between tests to be reported with a release, and daily CVS tests 
(which clearly do need warnings enabled.)
