what happened to
std::for_each( int_list.begin(), int_list.end(), boost::bind( ...whatever
yadda...) );

I think this is the wrong solution to the problem.

A better solution IMHO is to have ranges.
A range contains both a begin & end, and could somehow be treated like this:

range r;
while ( r) {
    // whatever
    ++r;
}

But anyway, use boost::bind whenever possible. It's a blast!!!

Best,
John
