If you don't mind pain you could have:

   typedef regexp<vector_c<
      char,
      '(','h','e','l','l','o',' ',')','+','w','o','r','l','d'
> >::type MyRegex;

I wrote a library for input masking that took 'compile time strings' this
way, just for fun.
