[boost] compiler status pages buglet

There seems to be a minor buglet in the compiler_status generator program -
library build failures all link to the same set of results, so for example
the regex lib build failure for sunpro links to the filesystem build
messages, and the regex lib build failure for commeau on win32 links to the
config-link-test messages.

I don't know if someone familiar with that program can see an obvious fix,
