Since regex doesn't actually use monypunct anywhere I don't think it's my
problem, the reference on the web I can find is

Which indicates that Intel have a fix for this, otherwise there is a #pragma
hack documented there, but you would have to try it out as I don't have
access to the Intel compiler.
