[boost] re: uBLAS/MPL failures with ICC?

I'm trying to reproduce this. Which Boost version does this relate to: 
CVS, CVS 1_31_0 branch ?

Initial testing (Boost CVS) with ICC 7.1 for Linux shows no errors. 
Sadly I don't have access to the Window version.

Looking in Win32 regression tests "cs-win32_metacom" for MPL I cannot 
see anything similar either.
