Ideally, I'd like to see the contents of Appendix A reproduced, mutatis
mutandis, as the Introduction to the Preprocessor Library. I realize this may
not be possible; in that case, I'd like a similar overview incorporated directly
into the docs.

For example, I think it would be a bit odd if the introduction to Boost.Regex

   http://www.boost.org/libs/regex/doc/introduction.html

just consisted of a link to an external article about regular expressions.

I'm not criticizing the content at all.
