b! cr_begin is wrong (where does the underscore come from?), it should
have to be crbegin instead, which is ugly.

It's more general but it has a big usability issue: it's hard for me to
find a rationale that I can get a reverse_iterator by calling "rbegin"
but have to apply something to the container to get a const_iterator.

Whatever the best solution is, there should be the same concept for
const and reverse for the user!
