[boost] Support for MS embedded Visual C++ 4

Hi!

I'm currently porting our codebase to eVC4 and was wondering if someone 
already had done so. For the curious, the development environment is mostly 
similar to VC6, which the same compiler -err- features, though the C++ 
standardlib is even more limited (I won't even try without STLport, which 
already works).
