Hi!

The reason why the circular buffer has been not
released yet is simple: the enthusiasm I used to have
for this has gone (almost). From time to time I do
some improvement or add a documentation according to
the formal review held two years ago. But it goes
slowly. The latest version (in quite usable state)
together with a TODO list can be found in the
sandbox-cvs. The future? I keep working but I cannot
promise any timeline. Sorry.

Regards,

Jan
