I'm writing my personal project with the bleeding-edge Boost from CVS.
I'm not a Boost developer, so I have to use SF public CVS service.

I can sometimes wait for _hours_ because SF has replicated someone's
write lock. Sometimes pulic CVS is inaccessible and sometimes (I don't
know why) I recieve "cvs update: move away xxxx; it is in the way" errors.
