If you add a comment containing 'boostinspect:nounnamed' with a quick
explanation, inspect will stop complaining.

I think that all such policies should be explained, probably in
more/lib_guide.htm. I'm not volunteering to write a rationale because
I'm not sure that I agree with the policy. Does anyone think it's worth
writing?
