My apologies. I recall the original posting, but I must have missed
when you uploaded your code to the file vault (or, worse, forgotten
about it). I'll take a look and get back to you this week. With so
much traffic on the Boost lists, this happens more than I'd like to
admit; feel free to re-post or e-mail library developers directly if
you feel we've missed something.
