Summary: gcc-4.2 atomicity.h location

Initial Comment:
hi all,

it seems, that for gcc-4.2 bits/atomicity.h, that's included by detail/atomic_count_gcc.hpp moved to ext/atomicity.h

thus it's not possible to build some boost libraries with gcc-4.2.

thanks ... tim
