Gee, I don't know how; I didn't see a mingw toolset when I prepared
these instructions.

Looking at gcc.jam I see that, yes, we now have automatic detection.

I don't know. I think you can specify it explicitly with flavor=mingw
on your command-line. That doesn't seem very satisfying; what is the
value of flavor if you want to build with both? I think we should
take this to the boost-build list.

I don't know. Why don't you try the instructions and see if they work
for you? Where they fail, we'll have to fix something.
