[boost] [mpi] Error generating documentation.

I'm looking into documentation generation as I try to apply some updates
to the boost.python tutorial. Following the steps outlined at
http://www.boost.org/doc/html/boostbook.html,

I get the error

error: Unable to find file or target named
error:     '../libs/parallel/doc//mpi'
error: referred from project at
error:     '.'

Am I the first one to run into this issue ?
Note that this error appears to affect all documentation generation,
not only boost.mpi.
