Please pitch those ideas directly to me so that I can integrate them 
into the session. And very important please send them to the email 
mentioned on the session description, as that guarantees I have access 
to the email at the conference.

And please do so ASAP since I have to spend some considerable time 
evaluating any tools and procedures in the next few days.
