Well I found one today... Thankfully I don't think it impacts the 
testing results...

There is a problem with the detection of the gcc/MinGW compiler for some 
builds of that compiler. The solution involves changing the gcc.jam 
toolset file. I don't have the changes yet, since I'll be busy for most 
of today but I'll post them later tonight.
