The point is that if you use traits and concepts, it doesn't matter
what approach one uses. Legacy point classes, any of the approaches
mentioned, and any new ones people come up with in the future will
work with the generic algorithms.
Hopefully I can get around to modifying the code I posted to show an
example of this.
