[boost] [bimap] How to get started with bimap and boost 1.34.1?

Hello,

I want to try out bimap alongside our current use of the
1.34.1 boost release. Google have led me to the boost vault
where I found a bimap from 2007-06-04. I was under the
impression that bimap was header only and ready to go when
unzipped, but its documentation and examples refers to a
file "boost/bimap.hpp" which I cannot find in the vault
version. How can I get going with this?
