Yes. Daniel, it is OK for you to commit docs and links fixes without
asking permission.

Documentation rebuild *is* part of the release snapshot process. It runs
once a day, starting at 2AM US Eastern time.

I'm not, however, updating RC1. So if you look at
http://boost.cowic.de/rc/ now, you will see the RC1 packages plus last
night's snapshot. Hopefully the BoostBook changes are reflected in that
snapshot. If not, is it possible that they were committed to trunk but
not merged into the release branch? Looking at the log for
branches/release, I'm not seeing anything recent that looks like docs
changes.
