To determine if the next release is 1.37.0 or 1.36.1, so I can bump the 
version number.

It isn't critical since the version number isn't essential until late in 
the release cycle, but it is helpful for discussion, tagging subject 
lines, etc.

So at least tentatively, the next release will be 1.37.0.
