The proposed Boost.Convert has seen some lively discussions and considerable changes. Since then its interface and major implementation details have been unchanged and are being used/tested in an actual development of a system of a moderate size. 

Therefore, I would like to request a formal review and the component placed into the review queue. The zipped source and documentation are in the Vault:
