What library? I haven't seen *any* proposal for a DirectX library.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all I've seen so far was a proposal to have a
boost::directx namespace now as a dumping ground should somebody in the
world possibly choose to write a C++ DirectX related library that they would
wish to submit to Boost sometime in the future.

Given that, there is nothing actually to implement, even if we as a
community thought it was a good idea.
