I'm sure this is right - but the choice of singular folder name was most
unfortunate IMO. 

(Any library with only one example isn't up to scratch!)

Most other folder names use a plural libs, tools ...

Inconsistencies like this lead to mistakes :-(

Names really do matter.

But it's probably too late to change now :-((
