No not at present.  That's whay I said you can't #include two different 
Boost versions in the same TU.

That's something I might look at later.

Yes, library names get adjusted.

Like any other source file - if they're copied then the namespace get 
renamed.

Yes, the Trunk test results are the same after the rename.
