Thanks for starting this? matbe we can add a link to the preceding ideas (http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/SoCPrevious)

Do you know if we have a page of the preceding *accepted* projects and its status? It would be interesting to analyze the impact of SOC on Boost.
