I would like to update the inclusion status.

At the moment library passes all the major tests on trunk:
http://www.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/polygon.html

It's also possible to use voronoi edge/cell/vertex structures without data
member if this is considered as significant memory overhead.
This is supported via precompiler directives: NO_VORONOI_VERTEX_DATA,
NO_VORONOI_CELL_DATA,
NO_VORONOI_EDGE_DATA.

If there are no other major comments, I would like to update Polygon
library for the upcoming Boost release.
