1. The Windows Server based on XP hasn't EOLed yet. In July it will.

2. End users will need to be warned next release that that will be
the last with XP support.

There are a *lot* of end users who care deeply about XP support. It's
still 15% of the PC desktop market. They should be warned about this
change. In the end though, if none of the devs are testing for XP, I
think we have to drop guarantees for it.

That said, I'd support develop branch going Vista only from now on.
Master branch should stay at XP for one more release.
