[boost] Boost.test failures in develop

Compiling with  Oracle Solaris Studio on sparc-S2 platform with 
-library=stlport4, I see the following failure in the  develop branch:

Compilation aborted, too many Error messages.

It seems that the code contains rvalue reference and hence the compiler 
is  not able to build it in C++03 mode.

This seems to be a recent change preventing building of 
libboost_unit_test_framework.a and hence causing several tests to fail.
