Dear all,

There is a regression between 180bee and 372c53 on VS, and apparently
boost.chrono (and indirectly boost.test...) is impacted:

See
http://www.boost.org/development/tests/develop/developer/output/teeks99-08e-win2012R2-64on64-boost-bin-v2-libs-test-test-static-library-custom-init-test-test-msvc-12-0-dbg-adrs-mdl-64-thrd-mlt.html

trace below:

=================
cl /Zm800 -nologo
@"D:\t08\run\results\boost\bin.v2\libs\chrono\build\msvc-12.0\dbg\adrs-mdl-64\lnk-sttc\thrd-mlt\process_cpu_clocks.obj.rsp"

process_cpu_clocks.cpp
D:\t08\run\boost_root\boost/system/error_code.hpp(431) : error C2872:
'detail' : ambiguous symbol
         could be 'boost::detail'
         or 'boost::operators_impl::detail'
=================

Between those 2 revisions, there were updates on
- context
- dll
- system
- utility
- winapi

Thanks,
Raffi
