I don't know enough about boost build for this one, but the change to
'include/boost/context/execution_context.hpp' seems unnecessary. It
doesn't look like it will fix anything.

The patch applies property 'context-switch' to the example code Jamfiles -
no need to specify it at the cmd line. The definition of property
context-switch was adapted to the public APIs of boost.context.
