The problem with this ticket is the same today as it was then: you never 
explained to Vladimir, who appeared willing to implement whatever's needed, 
how this support needs to work for the --build-type=complete case.

You say `pkg-config --libs filesystem`, which one of the six or eight 
filesystem libs do you want?

(Six or eight is before we take into account address-model=32,64 or multiple 
toolsets.)
