Regarding password protected file

Hi Team,
We have a project requirement where we store the logs in .csv file and that .csv file should be password protected.
It means that User can enter the password to open the .csv file.

do we have any library to create a password to open a .csv file in boost?

Please let me know your thoughts on above query.
