Out of Asio's scope, sure, but not necessarily out of scope for
someone looking at ServerTech and wanting to use it as the foundation
for their next business application.

If the goal of the project is to educate and sell Asio, there's a lot
of questions that need to be answered that are technically out of
scope for Asio's goals itself.
