I would like to thank David for his long period of service in this role 
at Boost. He took over from me a very long time ago now, more I think 
than the five years I acted as Google Summer of Code admin.

Inbal, thanks for taking the reigns! Your plate must be getting rather 
full now you're LEWG chair, on the Boost Steering Committee, helping 
organise several C++ conferences and now admin for GSoC. I don't know 
how you do it!
